Second 100 Days Campaign – "Saksham Niveshak" for KYC and Other Related Updations and Shareholder Engagement

Pursuant to Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) letter dated 27th March 2026, the Company is pleased to inform you of the commencement of a Second 100-day special outreach initiative titled “Saksham Niveshak”, starting from 1st April 2026 to 9th July 2026.

Shareholders whose dividends are unpaid / unclaimed for the period 2018-19 to 2024-25 are advised to claim the said unclaimed dividends by either surrendering the original Warrants (if available) or submitting a request letter along with the following:

• Duly filled KYC Forms viz., ISR-1, ISR-2, SH-13 or ISR-3 etc., as applicable (for shares held in physical mode and not submitted KYC forms so far). Download forms at: KYC Downloads
• Self-attested copy of Client Master Copy after updating correct Bank Account details with your DP (for shares held in electronic mode).

Please be noted that in terms of Section 124 (5) of the Companies Act, 2013, any money transferred to the Unpaid Dividend Account of a Company in pursuance of this section which remains unpaid or unclaimed for a period of Seven Years from the date of such transfer shall be transferred by the Company to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), established by Central Government of India under Sub-Section (1) of Section 125 of the Companies Act, 2013.
