Electricity Supply Code and Related Matters Regulation:
Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission has notified "Electricity Supply and Related Matters Regulation" on 31st March 2005. This regulation covers provisions relating to system of supply, procedure for giving supply. Apparatus within consumer’s premises, metering, billing, unauthorized use of electricity, theft of electricity and other related provisions governing the terms and conditions of supply by the Company to its customers.
