In addition to our various Customer Service initiatives like dedicated Customer Service Centers, 24x7 toll-free Call Center, billing details by SMS & e-mail, Mobile Customer Service Van etc. we are now offering ECS facility. Needless to mention that by using ECS facility, our customers can pay their bills without any hassles of standing in long queues. It may also be noted that ECS service is absolutely free.
How it works:
1. Obtain the registration form from any of our Customer Care Centers or download the form and print it.
2. Fill up the details like name, address, contact details, bank account details, service no. etc as shown in the form.
3. Get the bank details certified from your bank on the form itself.
4. Attach a cancelled blank cheque / cheque photocopy along with the duly filled up form and a copy of your current bill. Submit the same at the following address:

5. On activation, you will be informed by our officials.
6. You can even fix auto pay limits so that authorization is not required if the bill is within an expected amount range.
